The PDCC (California Council of PDCA) was incorporated in 1904. PDCA is the only national association for painting contractors, and one of the oldest trade associations in America. The focus of our association has been to promote professionalism in the Painting and Decorating industry. We’re an association of, by, and for painting contractors.

- Networking - Our membership includes contractors from all levels of training, experience, and specialization. Many times you’ll get the information you need, or you’ll be steered to where you can get it. Plan to meet them at a local chapter meeting, or a regional or national event.
